A PERFECT food pairing with a Barossa style Cabernet Sauvignon: a leg of lamb braised in a red wine and lamb broth with warm fragrant spices of star anise, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, smoked paprika. Topped on a duram couscous and a citrus infused herb sauce with mint, parsley, orange, and lemon On the side, roasted carrots glazed with balsamic and goat cheese.
