Orphan Bank Shiraz. It took a foster program to save 160 year old vines. Adopted, moved and replanted a kilometer down the road at Langmeil creating the Orphan Bank vineyard. This vineyard is the foundation for a blend from old vine vineyards averaging 90 years, including vineyards from the higher elevation, cooler Eden Valley giving this wine a more vigorous punch of dark red and blue fruit with grippy, ever evolving tannins.
