A Tuscan blend of mostly Sangiovese and some Canaiolo, Colorino and a tiny bit of Abruzzo de Montepulciano. The wine is so perfectly balanced with intense flavors of dark cherry and earthy undernotes. Soft, smooth tannins leading to a soothing, lingering finish that make it impossible to put down.

Food Pairing Notes
The wine blew our socks off when we had it with our own homemade bruschetta: toasted rosemary artisan bread, sprinkled with fresh extra virgin olive oil, sliced sun-ripened tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, season with italian herbs and again a bit of olive oi. If you like, add a few drops of reduced, thick balsamic vinegar. Yum!
